Getting a pack ready

Once payment authorization is received, our normal pick-and-pack window is 1–2 business days. Address clarification, public holidays, or unusual order volume can lengthen that estimate.

Time with the carrier

After the parcel is handed to its carrier, estimated transit is 4–6 business days. Carrier scans and delivery timing are estimates, not a guaranteed date.

Order-specific delivery information

Checkout identifies the services, delivery charge, and destinations available for the selected cart. Tracking is sent through the order contact details when supplied by the carrier.

If delivery needs attention

Please check the address before placing an order. For a delayed, damaged, lost, or delivered-but-missing parcel, send the order number and tracking reference to rajujan29717@gmail.com so the shipment can be reviewed.
